Lay’s Rosemary & Herb Chips

Lay’s has a limited edition Rosemary & Herb flavor on the shelves this summer. The new chip received a decent review from Taquitos.net. My personal review is that they were a bit overpowering, but in an era where chips compete for the most flavorful that probably will not dissuade the average snacker.

    I find Pringles Spicy Thai really tasty, ’cause I love the aroma of ginger. I don’t like the idea of eating dehydrated false “potatoes” though. That’s why I want to learn how I can make chips of REAL POTATOES, but smelling the same way like Pringles Spicy Thai do… Any ideas, anyone?… Do you know what kind of spices exactly do they use, except ginger?… Please let me know at kim.vassy@gmail.com
