Ice Cream Skittles

Since July is National Ice Cream Month it seemed like a good time to highlight this summer’s Limited Edition Ice Cream Skittles. The five flavors in the packet are Orange Vanilla Swirl, Strawberry, Caramel Ripple, Vanilla, and Chocolate. The packets have been on the market for a couple months now, and almost every review I have read has said that the Chocolate Skittle tastes like a Toosie Roll and the best of the bunch is the Orange Vanilla Swirl. Overall though the word is that if you have a dollar and you want a sweet snack, skip the Ice Cream Skittles and go for a scoop of the real deal. The Ice Cream Skittle were from spring ‘06 (I still see them at the 99 Cent Store though sometimes and on eBay).
Also - please don’t take images from my website and repost them here in their full size, especially without any attribution.

Cybele, you are an ass. Skittles.com has these listed on their site currently.
Regarding the photo, your accusation is serious, so I googled the image. Turns out that you stole it from this guy http://zandland.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html or he stole it from you.
Either way, it seems that an e-mail to the auther of this blog would have been more appropriate than posting such an accusation.
And btw, this about candy. Get a life.

The post you pointed to is from July ‘06. If that’s not enough, if you look at my site you’ll notice a striking continuity to the style of the images because I take them all.
I did not resort to name calling or even that Margie was “stealing”, just that I’d like attribution because of this very issue you’ve brought up right now. But you are correct, I should have put that into an email instead of posting it here, my apologies to Margie for airing that publicly.
Yes, Skittles has them listed on their site currently, but that doesn’t change the fact that they came out last year and that I was offering up some sources for where to find them for those interested … you know how I know that? Because candy is my life.
